As follow up from last meeting: the TSG debated whether to show the new IS incorporated in the ISIC structure to show the impact on other ISIC categories. The TSG recommended not to do this since this could be misleading, it could give the impression that convergence has been achieved and not reflect other possible changes in ISIC. This will be done in 2007.
The TSG recommends, however, that unlike the other aggregates, the NAICS structure for the information sector should be shown separate from the other alternate aggregates, in order to indicate that it will be included in the 2007 revision, and permit countries to use and test it.
