Discussion
US - maybe temporary shelter - emergency rather than accommodations.
Australia - Would be better described by "services to the homeless" and name the other relevant groups in the includes. "Shelter services" needs to be defined to ensure it excludes accommodation services.

Change CPC V.1.0 code 93329 to read:
93329 Other social services without accommodation
This subclass includes:
- other social services not including lodging services, e.g.
marriage guidance services, guidance services delivered to
persons on parole or probation, social assistance services to
disaster victims, refugees and immigrants, including temporary
shelter service
