US - steaming is one step in the manufacture of textiles, where the dye is fixed and printed fabrics are aged.
Australia - Meaning of "steaming" unclear. However, there is overlap between 88121 (formerly 86321) and 88122 (formerly 86322).
Decision
Change former CPC V.1.0 code 86321, now CPC V. 1.1code 88121 to read::
