US - agree
Australia - The class description given makes it clear that "cleaning of agricultural premises (hen houses, piggeries, etc.) are not included here (ie there is no reference to cleaning).
KC - As the title alludes to cleaning - disinfecting and exterminating services, nothing in the description makes it clear that these kinds of cleaning are actually excluded. It therefore seems necessary to specifically exclude them.

Disinfecting and exterminating services
This subclass includes:
- services consisting of disinfecting dwellings and other buildings
- exterminating insects, rodents and other pests
- fumigation services and pest control services
This subclass does not include:
- pest control services (including rabbits) in connection with agriculture, cf. 86111
- impregnation of timber services, cf. 86330
- cleaning of agricultural premises (hen houses, piggeries, etc), cf. 86121
